Woot - congratulations on completing the first BlogBoost challenge of 2026 - we did it! Paul's next challenge starts in April, so save the link!
Whether we posted daily, or just 'regularly,' we all gain from each challenge. Thank you Paul for inspiration and hosting!
My biggest accomplishment this January has been participating in the SoulCollage®️ facilitator training!
We've competed 6 of our 8 sessions, and will finish our course Wednesday, February 4th. Each session includes homework - for integration of what's been learned, and to note what we intend to study more / deepen with.
I love the encouragement to form peer groups, and to take classes offered by each other, and through the main SC groups. With over 6000 facilitators around the world, there are a multitude of opportunities!
I feel so fortunate to be able to study with therapist and lead trainer, Mariabruna Sirabella, who was friends with our founder, Seena Frost. Mariabruna has now used SoulCollage®️ for 30 years. She has a depth of experience with and commitment to the form, and to sharing her love of the practice.
As we near commencement, I think of my piano teacher Marion Coe's reminder, "to commence is to begin!" This is just the beginning of a new relationship with my cards, and with the method.
Checking stats, the most popular of my January posts are:
- Respect and Reciprocity
- Light Dance
- Training Commences
- Moving Meditation
- Board Book Journals
- And if you're tempted to try making SoulCollage®️ before we meet again - my What is Soul Collage®️ post has some great links!
- SoulCollage®️ cards are not to be copied, sold, traded or bartered. SoulCollage®️ cards are for personal use only.
Mark Twain's words are especially valid today: "Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts."
Visiting each other's blogs offers unique way to travel, giving us peeks into each other's worlds. Perhaps someone's post revived an old interest, or sparked a new one, and ours provided the same for others.
I intend to continue visiting favorite Blogs, and posting once or twice weekly. I plan a 'wrap up' on SoulCollage®️ post next week, after we finish this phase of our training!🤞
How about you?

Thank you for your thoughts. I love the Mark Twain quote and plan to use that. It is often in line with what I have thought. For people who never leave their towns and don't realize there is a great big world out there. Even if it is to another town. See you in April!
ReplyDeleteThank you! Isn't that a great quote?
DeleteEven simply spending time with people from other background brings new vistas and awareness!
See you in April
Nadya

Congrats on your finish, Nadya. Perhaps I shall try my hand at soul collaging. I do love making index card art. Your trainer looks beautiful and interesting as you do also. Was lovely to see you and your daughter.
ReplyDelete💕 thank you, Lily! She is a lovely lady - and such a sweet compliment!
ReplyDeleteMy daughter is even more relaxed this week - away from our nippy weather, and near the Equator!
I hope you give SoulCollage a go!
